a mix of R&D, engineering, sales, and management - We are a focused, dynamic, and highly motivated team
that is making significant improvements to eye care technology throughout the UK, US, and beyond.
Job Role
 Leading the transfer-to-manufacture of our new product to our sub-contract manufacturers based in
Boston.
 Liaising with the sub-contract manufacturer to support production and report back to the VP of R&D.
 Finalising and optimising the manufacturing documentation used by the manufacturers.
 Forming and maintaining the Device Master Record
 Working with the design team to optimise the process and design of our products.
 Working with the operations team to evaluate quality control processes and make recommendations for
improvements.
 Meeting performance targets and adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
 Working closely with the team to continuously improve processes.
Skills and Qualifications
 Degree in an Engineering discipline, or equivalent.
 Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing engineering.
 Strong CAD skills, preferably in SolidWorks.
 Strong organisational skills.
 Professional use of Microsoft packages - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
